"God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks to our conscious, but shouts in our pains; it is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world."
C.S. Lewis

Psalm 116:1-2
"The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe."

"Daughter, you took a risk trusting Me, and now you're healed and whole.
Live well, live blessed!"
Luke 8:48 (MSG)
A prodigal child brings heartbreak to those who love them. You raise them to know God and to walk with Him then life doesn't turn out as you thought it would. You find yourself wide awake at night wondering if they are hungry, in danger, if evil people are taking advantage of them, if they understand they are loved. You wonder if there is any hope, will we find them too late, will their choices scar them forever, will life ever be normal again. What is normal anyway? How do I live above the heartache? What do I do? Where do I go? How do I cope? Who can I trust? What do people think?
The enemy of your soul wants you to live in constant fear and have no hope that one day all things will be made new. This enemy wants you to believe that you are a failure and you couldn't possibly share your burden with others. But when your heart is broken and your life is torn apart because the thief has robbed you of your most precious possession, there is only one place to run...into the arms of God.
